AAHA believes that education is the key to freedom! Our education program works with 2nd and 3rd generation landowner descendants by connecting youth with the tools and resources to advance their educational goals.

  UNIFICATION

 

Clearly define the heir property legal description, legal owners and create a decision making body such as an LLC . Phase 1 in many cases provides an opportunity to sell the timber and  provide a short term lease to hunters.

AAHA utilizes its board's real estate expertise in assisting in researching city, county and state development, zoning plans and tax status. The characteristics of the properties, such as location of utilities and resources are evaluated to determine the most likely development possibilities

AAHA assists by providing researched development opportunities including corporate, government, business and lending partnership resources. AAHA;s research on urban development includes innovative farming, and ranching, environmental climate change, and international solutions.
